Q: I changed my avatar name recently, will there be a problem logging in here?
A: No, we use OpenID which stores your Account ID instead of your Avatar Name as the ID reference. If you change your name, you can still make a purchase with us with no problems. We can also find out about all your name changes via IMVU's name change history lookup. Thus, changing your name does not mean we can't keep track of you. This is why we chose to use OpenID with IMVU.
Q: I am not sure if I received the credits. How can I check if I did?

Q: My friend clicked on my banner but I am not set as his referrer. Why?
A: It is likely you are using the old site's support page's banners instead of the referrer banners located on the main page when you log into your account. Log into your account and the correct proper referrer banners will be located there.
Q: I am a IMVU VIP, is it applicable here? What is the difference?
A: The IMVU VIP system differs from the Vertexual Foundry's VIP. The Foundry regards VIPs as Vested Interest Partners as they help advertise the services of the Foundry.
Q: My RP and CV has been reset to zero! What happened?
A: On the 15th of every month, the CV and RP will be tallied to assign the reward vouchers and then they are reset.

Q: I registered an account but I have not received activation email. Why?
A: It is likely that your email host has filtered our email and classed it as Spam and threw it into junkbox or spam folder.
To resolve this, simply send us a support ticket and we will send your email and/or avatar the activation code.
Q: Why have I not received the credits I bought?
A: PayPal might be slow in processing your transaction with us or further authentication is required. Please check your email(s).
Q: How do I earn Reward Vouchers?
A: By registering as a VIP, you stand to be able to earn points that count towards your reward earnings when people referred by you make any purchases. You too earn points for your own purchases as a VIP. Refer to the VIP section for further details.
Q: Will my particulars be used anywhere?
A: No. Your particulars in the VIP database will not be shared with any third party. They are safe. They are used expressly for the purpose of the Vertexual Foundry Referral Banner System.
Q: I have not received my credits nor did I receive an Email requesting validation. Where are my IMVU credits?
A: There are several possibilities to why this has occurred, PayPal IPN may be causing problems or your Email server has blocked the Foundry's host. In such cases, please file a Support ticket with your Invoice ID stated.
Q: I received credits from your service but I did not buy them. What should I do?
A: A friend of yours might have bought you the credit. If you do not know who bought you the credits, please inform us and return the credits to reduce the probablity of grief-frauding.
Q: I decided to leave IMVU, Can I still keep my earnings?
A: Your IMVU account will still be paid. If you are eligible for Gold VIP status, you can still exchange it for monetary value. This is applicable as long as your IMVU account is not disabled by IMVU and that a relevant PayPal account is provided.
Q: What is the minimum Earnings Withdrawal for Sellers?
A: As stated in the Terms and Conditions page, it is USD$4.50.
Q: How do I tell which rate is cheaper?
A: The higher the value of the rate, the cheaper the credits are in it.
