- By purchasing Credits and/or using any service(s) from the Foundry, you agree to the following stipulated Terms and Conditions as well as the Policies that govern the use of the Vertexual Foundry's services.
- Please cease to continue any transaction or activity with the Foundry if you disagree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Please ensure that you enter your avatar name correctly with no spelling errors when registering an account.
- All credits bought / gifted to will be considered purchased by the registered account.
- All credits purchased are subjected to a variable credit purchase rate of 8% to 12% depending on the volume of credits involved in the transaction.
- Only avatar names that have been purchased by means of Name Purchases with IMVU will be allowed purchase with the V:EX.
- The V:EX only sells credits to accounts with minimum of 30 days age and such account's owner's age to be above 12 not withstanding any other limitations mentioned.
- In all cases of input, the system will detect if the avatar name exist. If an avatar's name is entered and that it doesn't exist, you will be informed that the avatar name does not exist.
However, if the avatar name is of another IMVU account, the credits will be transferred to that account at the time of purchase.
The Foundry will be unable to retrieve credits once paid out so you would have bought credits for someone else.
Please be careful.
A double confirmation system is set in place to minimise mistakes and accidents from occurring.
- Please ensure that if you are not the owner of the credit/debit card or PayPal account, you must have obtained the owner's absolute permission to use his/her credit/debit card or PayPal account when purchasing credits from the Vertexual Foundry.
- Should a credit card chargeback or PayPal reversal be made after a successful purchase of credits from the Foundry due to unauthorised use, or for any other reason, please be aware that your IMVU account will be disabled along with any other associated IMVU accounts involved in possible fraud; you may also face criminal proceedings.
This also applies to anyone using anyone else's credit card accounts without expressed permission from the account holder. - In the event PayPal raises an inquiry on the integrity of the transaction, we will contact the buyer and allot 24 hours for a reply.
A non-reply will be considered as potential fraudulent activity and will be reported to IMVU and the various authorities. - Transactions with e-cheques / e-checks will not be accepted.
- Transactions that remain unprocessed after the payment completion date, for any reason of error or awaiting verification, will have the payment refunded on notification.
- In order to claim a refund, the full value of the amount of credits purchased must be returned to the Foundry accompanied by PayPal's email receipt as proof of purchase. Any less and there will be no refunds.
- For total purchase value of more than 200,000 credits made within the previous 48 hours, the V:EX will lock that Avatar Name, email address and IP from further purchase.
- If you require any assistance with your credit purchases, please send an email to credits@vertexual.net and a proper resolution will be made as soon as possible. Please refrain from sending homepage messages as they get truncated over time and will definitely get lost amongst all the others. Prompt response will also be made from emails instead of homepage messages.
- When any credit transaction is terminated/refunded, the credits are returned back to the sellers' Foundry Account for further applicable use.
- In the event whereby emails requesting authorisations are not replied to, either from failure to send email to the purchaser or failure to contact the purchaser in either Homepage PMs or emails, within 72 hours, a refund will be made.
- The Vertexual Foundry: Exchange reserves the right to request the suspension of accounts involved with fraudulent activities with PayPal and IMVU.
- The Vertexual Foundry: Exchange reserves the right to adjust the Houserate and variable admin fee rates at any time depending on the economic situation within IMVU.
