What is this VIP?
VIP, is short for Vested Interest Partners and the system is referred to as the V.I.P. system or Vested Interest Partners System.
It is a Customer Appreciation Reward Earnings system, CARE. There is no resemblance or link to IMVU's VIP system.
It is how the Foundry would like to thank those that help support and advertise it so that the Foundry can strive better to let IMVU Users have an enjoyable IMVU experience.
So how does the VIP system work?

When the User clicks on the referrer's Banner, the User is sent to a page to be introduced to the VIP system as well as purchasing IMVU credits.
If the User chooses not to register, nothing happens.
If the User chooses to register as a VIP, the User will be provided with a Banner link to place on their site(s) to refer people into using the service.
The User will also be given the access to purchase IMVU credits with us. However, we only service non-GUEST accounts.
Also, once they are registered with you as the referrer, all their future credits purchase will count towards YOUR points as well as theirs!

In essence, it works simply by just putting up the banners, and subsequently telling your friends to click on your banner or having interested users clicking the banner to have them directed to the Foundry's site where they will go through the Introduction to VIP and learn of the market rated IMVU credits prices for the Vertexual Foundry: Exchange VIP members.
When they register, you would have Referred them and all their future purchases will count towards scoring referral points and credit value points for you.
But first, you will need to be a registered VIP.
Exactly what can be obtained from Referring Users?

The VIP will run the Foundry's banner on his/her site, anyone that was introduced to Vertexual Foundry because of this VIP is called his/her Direct Referred User.
When this Direct Referred User makes a Credit Purchase, this VIP will earn Referral Points and Credit Value.
This VIP's Personal IMVU Credits Purchases will also earn him/her Referral Points and Credit Value.
Any purchase by any of all the Referred Users, either direct or indirect will earn the Referring User, Referral points.
However only Direct Referrals and Personal IMVU Credits Purchases will allow the Referring User to earn Credit Value .
This is illustrated by the above Flowchart 02.
The Cyan Box on the right symbolises the entire referral group made by the User's Direct Referred User(s).
Anyone referred by a Direct Referred User and their subsequent Direct Referred Users is an Indirect Referral of the Referring User.

Any purchase made by you and the person you refer will earn you Referral Points and Credit Value.
All purchases made by anyone referred by you directly or indirectly will earn you Referral Points.
You must be a Vertexual Foundry: Exchange VIP for this to work. You do not need to be a VIP with IMVU.
Then what are Referral Points and Credit Value points for?

Referral Points and Credit Value are used to track how much contribution each user's network has helped the Foundry in its growth.
That contribution is then matched with a chart to find out how much percentage of the Credit Value to reward the User by changing them into IMVU Credits Vouchers, usable within the Vertexual Foundry: Exchange.

The above chart details how Referral Points and Credit Value are calculated and the Percentage amount to base on,
according to the amount of Referral Points the VIP got.
That Percentage is then obtained and tallied against the Credit Value the VIP has on the 15th of the following month.
The tally will then determine how much IMVU Credits Vouchers the VIP gets.
Gold VIP members are offered the choice to cash out their IMVU Credits Vouchers via direct money transfer through PayPal.
They will have to approach the admin staff for details.
It is necessary that the Gold VIP must have a registered PayPal account for this to be applicable.
The Gold VIP can stand to earn money instead of credits vouchers!
For example:
A VIP has grown a relatively big network and is in the 5% category and has personally bought only 5,000 credits at an assumed rate of $2.50 per 5,000 credits but through his direct referred users, everyone, which is inclusive of himself,
bought a total of USD$100 worth of IMVU Credits, earning 10 Credit Value.
This would earn the VIP USD$0.50 from the 5% of 10 credit value.
This VIP bought only 5,000 credits at USD$2.50 and got USD$0.50 back as a IMVU Credit Voucher! A whopping 20% rebate!
That voucher can be used in future Credits purchases within the Vertexual Foundry: Exchange!
After some time, more referrals registered and boosts this VIP's network to a gigantic size and now he is on the 20% Gold VIP category.
He has not changed his buying habit of 5,000 credits a month but along with his direct referred network, they now buy a total of approximately 500,000 credits in a month now.
Assuming the rates has not changed, his network spends USD$250 a month!
This means he now has 25 CV and 20% of that gives him USD$5.00 worth of IMVU Credits Voucher!
That's earning back more than twice that was spent! Wow!
It's not necessary to spend that USD$5.00, as he is now a Gold VIP, the vouchers can be cashed out from Foundry to their Paypal account.
Minimal Withdrawal Amount Terms and Conditions apply.
The vouchers will be instantly processed and paid to the PayPal account of the VIP.
A PayPal account is necessary for such Gold VIP Members.
The only ingredient to a large network is basically, Time.
Let it sit over time, and your network can become really big.
Get the word out and this might be able to help out with your utility bills.
How does one use these IMVU Credits Vouchers then?

At the 15th of every month, the credits will be tallied for every account.
After converting the Credit Value into IMVU Credits Vouchers, the Referral Points and Credit Value will both be reset.
The VIP can opt to purchase more IMVU Credits with these vouchers at anytime once the credits vouchers have been processed from their Credit Value.
To do so, they simply need to log into their member account to use them.
