What is this VIP?
VIP, is short for Vested Interest Partners and the system is referred to as the VIP system or Vested Interest Partners System.
It is a Customer Appreciation Reward Earnings system, CARE.
It is how the Foundry would like to thank those that help support it so that the Foundry can strive better to let IMVU Users have an enjoyable IMVU experience.

How does the VIP system work?

When the User clicks on the referrer's Banner, the User is sent to a page to be introduced to the VIP system as well as purchasing credits. If the User chooses not to register, the User will be subjected to non-VIP rate credits pricing.

If the User chooses to register as a VIP, the User will be provided with a Banner link to place on their site(s) to refer people into using the service. The User will also be given the access to purchase credits at a deeper discount at VIP rates.

In essence, it works simply by just putting up the banners, and subsequently telling your friends to click on your banner or having interested users clicking the banner to have them directed to the Foundry's site where they will go through the Introduction to VIP and learn of the deeper discounted credits prices for VIP members.

When they register, you would have Referred them. But first, you will need to be a registered VIP.

What can be obtained from Referring Users?

The VIP will run the Foundry's banner on his/her site, anyone that was introduced to Vertexual Foundry because of this VIP is called his/her Direct Referred User.
When this Direct Referred User makes a Credit Purchase, this VIP will earn Credit and Referral Points.
This VIP's Personal Credits Purchases will also earn him/her Credit and Referral Points.

Any purchase by any of all the Referred Users, either direct or indirect will earn the Referring User, Referral points.
However only Direct Referrals and Personal Credits Purchases will allow the Referring User to earn Credit Points.

This is illustrated by the above Flowchart 02.
The Cyan Box on the right symbolises the entire referral group made by the User's Direct Referred User(s).
Anyone referred by a Direct Referred User and their subsequent Direct Referred Users is an Indirect Referral of the Referring User.

Any purchase made by you and the person you refer will earn you Credit and Referral Points.
All purchases made by anyone referred by you directly or indirectly will earn you Referral Points.
You will have to be a VIP for this to work.

What are Referral Points and Credit Points for?

Referral and Credit Points are used to track how much contribution the user's network has helped the Foundry in its growth.
That contribution is then matched with a chart to find out how much percentage of the Credit Points to reward the User.

The above chart details how Credit and Referral Points are calculated and the Percentage amount to base on,
according to the amount of Referral Points the VIP got.
That Percentage is then obtained and tallied against the Credit Points the VIP has on the 15th of the following month.
The tally will then determine how much Credits the VIP gets.
Gold VIP members are offered the ability to sell the credits back to the Foundry, skipping the queue list,
via direct money transfer through PayPal.
It is necessary that the Gold VIP must have a PayPal account for this to be applicable.
The Gold VIP can stand to earn money instead of credits!

For example:
A VIP has grown a relatively big network and is in the 5% category and has personally bought only 5,000 credits but through his direct referred users, everyone, which is inclusive of himself, bought a total of 200,000 Credits worth 20,000 CP.
This would earn the VIP 1,000 credits from the 5% of 20,000 credit points.
This VIP bought only 5,000 credits and got an extra 20% of his purchase as a reward!

After some time, more referrals registered and boosts this VIP's network to a gigantic size and now he is on the 20% Gold VIP category.
He has not changed his buying habit of 5,000 credits a month but his direct referred network bought 500,000 credits in a month now.
This means he now has 50,500 CP and 20% of that gives him 10,100 credits!
That's 202% of his 5,000 credits! Wow! He now has 15,100 credits to spend.

It's not necessary to spend that 10,100 credits, as he is now a Gold VIP, the credits can be resold to the Foundry at the prevailing developer's credit purchase rate of that moment.
There will be no queue.
The credits will be instantly processed and paid to the PayPal account of the VIP.
A PayPal account is necessary for such Gold VIP Members.

The only ingredient to a large network is basically, Time.
Let it sit over time, and your network can become really big.

How to withdraw Credits then?

At the 15th of every month, the credits will be tallied for every account.
After converting the Credit Points into IMVU Credits, the Referral and Credit Points will both be reset.

The VIP can opt to withdraw their IMVU Credits amount at anytime once the credits has been processed from their Credit Point.
To do so, they simply need to log into their member account to withdraw it.

The maximum withdrawal limit per day is 100,000 IMVU Credits. The minimum withdrawal anyday is 100 Credits
