• The Vertexual Visionary Pyramidal logo is a copyrighted Logo under Vertexual Visionary and used to represent the Vertexual Line. All rights reserved.
• Strictly No Unauthorised Replication of any works with the Vertexual Visionary logo.
• The Vertexual™ Brand can only be represented by EternaSky and partners.
• Any violations will be met with DMCA / Legal takedown actions.

Representations of Vertexual Foundry

• The Vertexual Foundry can be referred to as
  • "The Foundry" on all Vertexual Visionary partner sites and its parent site or
  • "Vertexual Foundry" on any other sites not related to the Vertexual Foundry.
• The Vertexual Foundry must not be represented on any sites that condone the practice of piracy, copyright infringements, political websites, and every other website that supports illegal activities.
• Any violations will be met with DMCA / Legal takedown actions.

Refund Policy

• Unauthorised/Incomplete Transactions will be refunded after up to 72 hours of inactivity or upon notification.
• For transactions that require authorisations, credits will be delivered within 12 hours upon receipt of authorisation.
  Failure to receive authentication or initiate communication will result in a refund within 72 hours.

Practices in The Foundry

• Whilst measures are in place to ensure the integrity of all products from the Foundry, suggestions on improvements are also well appreciated by sending support tickets via the support links
• The Foundry does not condone any violations to the Digital Millenium Copyright Act nor any violations to Trademarks, Registered or not.
• The Foundry does not convey private information to anyone or any organisation, unless, but not restricted only, to criminal investigations.
• The Foundry takes importance in serving its customers to the best and will react to feedback as soon as possible.
• The Foundry constantly evaluates the economy to bring the best prices to the IMVU community.
• The Foundry does not buy from developers supporting other resellers except under special circumstances.
• The Foundry does not buy from developers that promote and/or sell pirated music, condone and/or conduct violations of copyrights either in their homepage or on their catalog.
• The Foundry does not conduct deals with Developers that have conflicting interests with The Foundry's Policy and Terms & Conditions. They will be rejected from transaction.
• The Foundry may take up to 48 hours to reply to any notices/support/requests.
• The Foundry purchases credits manually from the public to ensure maximal security.

VIP Regulations

• The VIP sector houses content that only registered VIP members are entitled to. It will also be the only sector where certain special products may be bought.
• The VIP sector runs in conjunction with IMVU's TOS and Policies, separate from their own VIP system.
• The VIP sector is open only to members in the VIP system.

Security Policy

• The Foundry adopts Paypal as its primary mode of payment and thus, all Credit Cards and Paypal Transactions are carried out in a secure environment handled by Paypal.
• No private details such as financial or personal information are stored by The Foundry.
