If credits purchased are undelivered, it is likely due to the transaction being made with 2 different emails.
When this happens, 2 unique authorisation codes will be sent to the involved accounts,
each account will receive one of the 2 unique authorisation links. Both authorisations will be required in order to complete the transaction.
If no authorisation code is received, please inform us and we will re-dispatch the code.
